• You Have a Brilliant Tool Idea: This is honestly my favorite type of email. If you write to me and say, 'Hey Guru, I’m a student/developer and I constantly struggle with X, could you build a tool for it?' there is a very high probability that I will design, code, and add that exact tool to the site for you. SutraBase grows best when it solves real-world friction.
• Something is Broken (Bug Reports): While I rigorously test everything on Chrome, Safari, and mobile devices, the web is a chaotic place. Sometimes things go wrong on older devices or specific OS versions. If a tool fails to download, a PDF merges incorrectly, or the UI looks distorted on your screen, please tell me! Include your browser version and the specific issue, and I will attempt to patch it globally.
• Business & Partnership Inquiries: If you are representing an advertising network, an educational institution, or are interested in a technical collaboration regarding Local-First WebAssembly technology, please mark your subject line as "Partnership" so I can prioritize my response.
