Account Deletion Process
If you no longer wish to use Billing Babu or any other utility tools provided under the SutraBase platform network, you can request the full removal of your profile details at any point.
To ensure your records are wiped completely from our dynamic license checkers and data sync systems, you must submit an official request directly to our data desk. Clicking the action button below will open your device's email client and draft a template addressed directly to our operational mailbox.
What happens when your account is deleted?
This action is completely permanent. Once processed by our engineers, your registered phone number, active OTP synchronization records, valid license authorizations, and all associated store ledger histories will be permanently scrubbed from our systems. This files cannot be recovered later.
