1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any software applications, mobile utilities, websites, and cloud platforms created and managed by SutraBase, you explicitly agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms stated within this contract, you are strictly prohibited from using our services and must delete our products instantly.
2. Account Creation and Security Logistics
To access certain functions, active subdomains, and cloud features across our ecosystem, you will be required to create a secure user account. You agree to provide fully accurate, complete, and updated account logs during the enrollment process.
You assume complete legal responsibility for protecting your personal validation parameters (phone numbers and verification PINs). Any platform actions executed through your account dashboard remain your sole liability, and you must inform us immediately of any security breaches.
3. Subscriptions, Dynamic Billing and Canceling
SutraBase offers premium utility services on an automated premium subscription model. Subscriptions are managed, billed, and canceled directly via your Google Play Account subscription management dashboard. By activating a subscription tier, you grant our verified third-party billing gateways the right to charge the selected recurring balances to your linked payment options.
- Automatic Renewals: All subscription cycles renew automatically at the final hour of the current period unless explicitly canceled through your account dashboard.
- Fee Adjustments: We reserve the absolute right to revise active subscription pricing metrics at any interval. We will broadcast a direct update notification before enforcing modifications.
- Refund Restrictions: Payments are completely non-refundable. Following a standard plan cancellation, your active license verification parameters will stay operational until the ongoing term ends.
4. Intellectual Property and Licensing Laws
All source code tracks, system design layouts, application visual styles, customized SVG assets, interface text arrays, trademarks, and technological frameworks deployed across our subdomains are the exclusive property of SutraBase and its founding developer.
Upon active verification of an operational plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our systems for personal or standard professional operations. You are strictly banned from reverse engineering our scripts, copying layout frameworks, or re-selling our code parameters.
5. Permitted User Guidelines
You promise to deploy our software platforms in full compliance with all relevant provincial, state, national, and international laws. You agree not to perform any of the following restricted actions:
- Attempting to bypass subscription validation gates or structural license tracking matrices.
- Introducing malware, server exploits, validation trackers, or automated scrapers into our core database loops.
- Using our calculation outputs or ledger systems to complete illegal, fraudulent, or tax-evading processes.
6. Absolute Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SutraBase and its creator shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever. This includes, without limitation, losses involving structural business profits, critical database corruption, application system down-times, physical device failures, thermal printer errors, or financial mismatches.
Our applications are delivered entirely on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" functional baseline, without performance warranties, accuracy declarations, or guarantees of uninterrupted runtime operations. You use our tools entirely at your own discretion and risk.
7. Termination Practices
We reserve the right to temporarily freeze or completely delete your user profile, active license validations, and account access gates at our absolute discretion, without prior notification, if you violate any parameters established in this legal document.
8. Governing Law and Court Competence
This technical usage agreement, along with any external legal arguments or liability contentions connected to our software services, is governed strictly by the federal laws of India. Any litigation actions arising from this contract will be managed exclusively within the courts of India.
